EOLOS FLS200 BUOY DEPLOYED

Today, March 17th 2015, the EOLOS FLS200 buoy has been deployed next to the RWE ºs IJmuiden Met Mast in the North Sea. At 6:00 the Bever vessel sailed away from IJmuiden port (Netherlands) heading towards the offshore site, located at 47 nautical miles.

The final buoy deployment took place by first lifting down the clump weight at 200m from the reference Met Mast, and later lifting down the buoy on the water. At 12.20h the overall buoy system was completely deployed and fully functioning.
